How is EzyForm different from other form builders?

Do I need technical knowledge to use EzyForm/ ?

Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Simply visit ezyform.app, click "Sign Up," and register with your email address. You'll be creating forms within minutes!
Can I use EzyForm on my phone?
Absolutely! EzyForm is built mobile-first. You can create, edit, and manage forms from your smartphone or tablet just as easily as from a desktop computer.
Can I edit a form after publishing it?
Yes! You can edit your forms at any time. Changes are kept privet until you publish the changes, and new respondents will see the updated version.
How do I share my form?
Each form gets a unique direct link that you can share via:
- Social media
- Text message
- QR code
- Embedding on your website
Simply share the link, and anyone with the link can fill out your form.
Can I customize the look of my forms?
Yes, you can customize various aspects of your forms to match your brand or preferences.
Can I delete a form?
Yes, you can delete any form at any time from your dashboard. When you delete a form, all associated responses are also marked for deletion.
AI & Integrations
What is AI Agent Integration?
AI Agent Integration lets external AI tools — like Cursor, Claude Desktop, or your own scripts — manage your EzyForm account programmatically. You create an API key, connect via MCP or REST, and your agent can create forms, publish drafts, read submissions, and more.
How do I connect Cursor or Claude to EzyForm?
- Sign up or log in at ezyform.app
- Go to Account → API Keys and create a key
- Add the MCP config to your client settings (see our AI Agent Integration guide)
Is the Agent API included on the free plan?
Yes. AI Agent Integration is available on all plans at no extra cost. Plan limits still apply — for example, the Free plan allows up to 5 forms. Pro unlocks unlimited forms and refill email delivery.
How is AI Agent Integration different from the AI Form Builder?
The AI Form Builder is the in-app feature at /app/new where you type a prompt and EzyForm generates a form in the browser (10/week on Free, 20/week on Pro). AI Agent Integration is for external tools that connect via API keys and can automate full workflows without using the browser UI.
How many API keys can I create?
You can have up to 10 active API keys per account. Revoke keys you no longer use from Account → API Keys.
What happens when I revoke an API key?
Revocation is immediate. Any agent or script using that key will receive UNAUTHORIZED errors and stop working until you provide a new key.
Responses and Data
Can I download my responses?
Yes, coming soon! We are working on responses download, you can download responses as PDF files for offline viewing and record-keeping.
What is the "Refill" feature?
Refill (coming soom) allows respondents to update their previous submissions using a unique link. This is useful for applications, registrations, or any scenario where people need to update their information.
How long do you keep my data?
We keep your data as long as your account is active. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Privacy and Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
- Secure authentication
- Reliable data storage with trusted providers
- Regular security updates
Who can see my forms and responses?
Only you can access your forms and responses when logged into your account. Respondents can only see the specific form you share with them, not your other forms or anyone else's responses.
